We have an opportunity for someone to join our client and be a key new member of their talented professional forestry team in the role of Forest Manager/Senior Forest Manager (dependant on experience).
Joining the Midlands and Anglia team you will be responsible for delivering a professional high-quality woodland management service whilst helping to further develop our clients forest management portfolio together with other on-going forestry related opportunities. This is the role for you if you enjoy working in a supportive team environment, building sound client relationships and, day to day, preparing client estimates, producing reports, implementing, and controlling work programmes and grant applications.
About You:
We’re looking for candidates who are highly motivated, driven, enthusiastic, reliable, and adaptable. In addition to this, ideally, you’ll have:
Relevant academic qualifications in forestry or similar land-based services.
Strong commercial acumen and at least 3 years' operational experience.
Strong client and stakeholder relationship management skills.
Good working knowledge of the UK Forestry Standard and UKWAS.
Membership of the Institute of Chartered Foresters or relevant professional body is desirable
Full driving licence
